As a hosting organization, can I ask my Experteer to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement)?

As a hosting organization, can I ask my Experteer to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement)?

Experteers have already agreed to confidentiality by registering on our platform and agreeing to the Terms of Use, so it is not needed, and we suggest against it. You do, however, have the right to request this. If you do want to sign an NDA, please be aware of the following:
  1. Clearly explain to the professional why you want one in addition to MovingWorlds Terms of Use
  2. The professional does have the right to not sign the NDA, and may ask you to skip it
  3. If you require it and the professional does not want to sign, please contact MovingWorlds, and we can help mediate and/or find you another match
