Can I edit a support request once I’ve already submitted it?
Yes. To do so, first log in to your dashboard. In the upper right-hand corner, you’ll see your name with a downward facing triangle beside it. Click that to expand the drop-down menu, and select “My Support Requests” from the options.
Once you click on “My Support Requests,” you will see all of your current projects. For projects that have not been published yet, you will see the “edit” option right on the screen beside it. To edit projects that have already been published, you will first need to select “unpublish,” then once you refresh the page the “edit” option will appear.
