How can I see the current status of my projects?
To see the status of your projects, log in to your dashboard, and click on your name in the upper-right corner to expand the drop-down menu. Select the “My Support Requests” option, which will bring you to a view of all of your submitted support requests, along with their current statuses and date of last update.
