How do I connect with a skills-based volunteering project?
To start searching for and connecting with skills-based volunteering projects, head to our project browse page here. From there, you can filter projects by the types of skills you have, and the language you speak. You can filter for additional dimensions - such as location, workload, project length, role type, and benefits - by clicking on the “Search by workload, role type, location, and more…” link next to the search button, highlighted in yellow below:
When you click on a project card listed in your search results, you will be able to see the full project details as well as the option to either “request an introduction” or “save for later.” Both actions will require you to login to your dashboard, if you are not logged in already. Keep in mind that the more filters you apply, the narrower your results will be, so we encourage you to play around with a few different filter combinations.
