What factors about me go into the matching process?
We suggest opportunities for you based on your skills, location preferences, languages you speak, and causes you care most about. These suggested matches will appear on your dashboard and directly in your inbox when they get published. In addition to our suggestions, we also encourage you to browse on your own and request introductions to organizations that align with your skills and interests.
Organizations who are browsing for the right Experteer and find your profile on our platform can also request an introduction to connect directly with you to discuss their projects, which will sometimes lead to scoping a completely new, custom project. The most important thing you can do to get the most out of this search process is to make sure to have an accurate and fully complete profile!
