Why can't I log in to my volunteer account?

Below, find troubleshooting instructions based on whether you’re a corporate or individual volunteer. (Not sure which applies to you? Check this FAQ.)

If you’re a corporate volunteer

Corporate volunteers are required to manually enter their email address and password, so the ‘login with Google’ and ‘login with LinkedIn’ options won’t work for you.

The most common reason for manual login issues is using a personal email address instead of your work email. Our platform requires you to sign in manually with your corporate email (e.g., @sap.com, @ey.com, @f5.com). 

Try this:
  1. Double-check that you're using your company email address.
  2. If you’re unsure which email is associated with your account, contact our team at support@movingworlds.org.

What if I forgot my password?
If you've entered your corporate email but still can't log in, try resetting your password:
  1. Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.
  2. Enter your work email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes.

What should I do if I’m still unable to log in?
If you’ve confirmed you’re using the correct work email and reset your password but still can’t log in, try these steps:
  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  2. Try using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).

If you’re an individual volunteer

You may be unable to log in if you’re not using the same log-in choice as when you created your account. Try LinkedIn, Google, or your email and password.

Try this:
  1. Double-check that you're using the same login method you used to create your account. This includes Google, LinkedIn, or entering your email and password.  
  2. If logging in with email, double-check that the email address you enter is the same one you used to create your account. You can do this by searching your inbox for the confirmation email from MovingWorlds.
