When Organizations review your introduction request, the organization’s representative will look at your profile to see if they want to accept your request and connect directly to discuss further. The more information you include, like your resume and skills, the better. These factors will also help you rank higher in the search results.
Additionally, displaying your social media profiles (particularly your LinkedIn) helps prospective organizations get to know you a little better before agreeing to speak with you. It helps them understand if you’re a good fit for their needs.
