The short answer is: you do, in partnership with the hosting organization. Our matching process is based on mutual selection, so at each step both you and the host organization will confirm that you would like to move forward to the next step.
As part of the matching process, you'll speak directly with the host organization over a series of introductory calls, and then collaborate in even further detail through our guided planning process. You'll have plenty of time to get to know the organization before making a final decision about whether or not you'll work together.
